I'm not sure if the Big Kahuna: Lost Tiki Solitaire Set is still in print though, check the usual suspects.

Haven't got all, but most. Let's say it's a major plot point at the moment to achieve full status. Get em while, and as soon as you can I say. The minis that are no longer around fetch astronomical prices these days. 

Those totems and shot glasses are very very tempting.
