Buddha, Buddha!
« on: July 05, 2014, 06:37:24 PM »
Just updated my blog with pics of a couple 28mm Pulp altars with Buddhas from Miniature Building Authority. Check it out here: http://leadlegionaries.blogspot.com/2014/07/buddha-buddha.html

Here's a teaser pic...

More info and photos on the blog, in my shameless attempt to get more people to visit it!

That's a cool statue.

Hey, I was looking at your blog and I saw another Pulp Alley game, "Dakota Smith and the Valley that Time Forgot".  I didn't remember seeing it before, but it looked like LOTS of fun.

It's always fun seeing your cool terrain!  :-* :-*

THANKS

That Buddha looks great. Looking forward to seeing some more Dakota Smith adventures.

Buddhas are always excellent for Pulp terrain and I really like how you painted them.

Thanks, everyone! Those Buddhas will see action in the next edition of Dakota Smith's Oriental Adventures (Dakota Smith and the Forbidden Temple). It will probably be August before the game, as I'm off to Historicon next weekend, and then likely visiting friends the following weekend.

The wrap-up to this series will see action on the docks of Hoi An, French Indochina. Not sure what I'll call that episode, but it will feature one last attempt by the a Order of the Fire Coral to repossess the artifacts the foreign devil archeologists absconded with.

The Valley That Time Forgot was a hoot -- thanks for the kind words. I think you were laid up, health wise, when it came out. Good to see you back on your feet!
