PA BOARD - reopened to guests

You might know that the PA Board was recently full to busting with a surge of guests that we think were 'comment spammers'. Immediate action was to close the board to guests after which Site Admin made a few other 'maintenance' changes, a small side effect of which might have been the generation of 'topic updated' or similar emails for some users.  The good news is that the board has now reopened to visitors.  Thanks for your patience.

So that's why it disappeared and I thought I was crazy. When I visit the site it often does not log me and and I view everything as a guest.
