« on: 21 July 2014, 08:21:31 PM »
Some of us at SESWC had another bash at Piquet. This time during the 3rd Crusade.
First attempt at posting pics.

Thanks. It was good to get all our painted Crusade stuff out for a game.

Nice looking miniatures, even more impressive to see them all together.

Nice looking game.  My group uses Piquet for all of our Medieval games. It's a good system.

Piquet is a great system and always gives an exciting unpredictable game. Have you tried Ager Sanguinis? It's basically Piquet's Field of Battle system for the early Crusades - it's faster, and more suited to multi-player games because the initiative, amongst other things, works slightly differently.

Not yet but will do sometime. My mate really wants to try out Ironbow2 next. We have also started rebasing the whole collection as well as adding some more toys.

Lovely looking game! 8) The Crusades is a very nice period to model and play with all the diverse troop types.
