Wrench Wench, or: Rosie the Riveter meets Tony Stark

So, I finished a converted mini for Privateer Press' Iron Kingdoms roleplaying game.

Here she is in her "casual" attire:


She also has more "formal" workwear:

Gamewise, she's what known as an Ironhead-Field Mechanik, for those in the know.
For those not in the know: A Field mechanik in the game is someone who specialises in the maintenance and repair of mechanika (the settings magi-tech) in the field, more especially, the steam powered robots (Steamjacks) of the setting. Hence the expansive toolset she has tastfully draped around herself.
An Ironhead is someone with an insuppressable urge to build and operate their own steam-powered armour...

The game has a serious case of Large Implement Syndrome.  

I converted that Steamjack from a military version carrying a spear.  I didn't want to have to carve out the entire hand, so I left part of the shaft on and converted it into an oversized wrench instead. Part of the visual style of the Iron Kingdoms/Warmachine setting is that, because the steambots are so large and chunky, the tools needed to work on them are comically large as well.
It's actually smaller than the wrench/boltcutter/jaws-of-life tool-thing the lady herself is carrying (and that's a stock part)...
Rule of cool does weird things sometimes.

She is a very stylish Lady in both choices of garb; AND BEAUTIFULLY converted & painted. GREAT WORK!

Besides anybody who has ever worked in a machine shop knows you need a BFW (Big F##@&n' Wrench) sometimes to get the job done properly! That and a bigger hammer.....

there was a fella in my old outfit who could fix a deuce and a half(truck) with a ball-peen hammer.
