Nice pics and grand write up of a very gripping game, a titanic struggle just as one would expect from a Roman civil war tussle, says that the rules work well despite being uncomplicated by reams of add ons and deductions for combat etc.
Working on some fate cards at the moment just to add a bit of the unexpected :)

No, I meant 10-16 figures on a base........ :?

For use with Impetus, we put two together for the game to equal four bases for the Neil Thomas' ancient rules we are using and tweaking at the moment.

Correct, unfortunately Huttus Baldinus had way too many ;)
But not as many as I had in the rerun with Ionnus Albus this Thursday! :'(
