Very nice.
There's something about zouaves...

I've packed a copy of "The Popes Legion" by Charles Coulombe for reading on a trip I've got coming up. I managed to get my copy via Scribd which is a great little subscription/free  book and document service. Other recent finds on there have been prints of the French army of Africa in the 1830's to 60's, an Italian book on the Papal Army (L'Esercito Pontificio Nel 1867) with those prints, some by Knotel and a few other's (NYPL etc) others literally "shoved" into the back and uploaded along with a couple of wiki articles about the battles of '67!

There are a few documents on the Austrians and Sardinians too.

just picked up "two years in the pontifical zouaves,,, by joseph powell..
