I would recommend the two fat lardies supplement in there summer special 2015, quite a few scenarios and force composition, and large skirmish as well, you will need Sharp Practice though to play it

Hi.  just to say that I saw the gringos Garibaldi range at Derby last weekend.  They're absolutely fantastic.  beautifully painted and sculpted and some of the best figures yet (although all Gringos figures are great and it's very hard to choose).  The poses are really good and the range of the figures is becoming really interesting.

Well done with this range Ged.

Best Wishes   DaveL

Nice one Olyreed, they look good.

Am on Skye indulging in some RnR, but managed to pick up a folio society copy of "Palermo 1860" which is a diary of events in Sicily with some photographs from the streets, very nice.

but captures the "feel" of the period I do believe :D

Thanks for the comments, I haven't chosen a regiment yet Ged, I'm gonna get enough to play some of the scenarios by too fat lardies then see how next year goes with my Boshin war stuff. Should be finished by February so can dedicate more resources to this period

now a small offering on the legendary but little known
"Cacciatori della Alpi as they followd Garabaldi throughout
the 1860 campaign and wear a striking mixture of uniforms
..you can use my assorted Garibaldini to achieve this in a straight
paint job..though I may well produce the unit . :o

Qunito Cenni is the artist ( the master for the period)..courtesy my mate Lorenzo!
