Miniature ID help please?

Can anyone identify this bugger for me? 

 

He is supposedly part of a Dungeons and Dragons pre-painted line from what I understand, but I can't for the life of me find him.

I'm in the middle of filling out a wish-list, and I'd like to add this to it before I send it out to family.

Looks a bit more pathfinder pre-paint to me?   Not sure.

Thanks Elbow, that suggestion led me down the right path.  It is Pathfinder Battles: Wrath of the Righteous #034 Vescavor Queen for anyone that is interested.

I just saw one of these at Noble Knight over the weekend. It looks even weirder and more iridescent in the case.
