Interwar National Guard Uniforms
« on: 15 October 2014, 02:14:23 AM »
Even in the 30's a presume that the U.S. Guard was still wearing WWI uniforms. Which color the brown or the green?

Well, the 30's was sort of a mix, as well as having a few distinct features of its own (mainly semi-flared breeches). Some info here:

I converted some Gripping Beast Great War Turkish officers to U.S. officers by swapping the head gear. The Turks are wearing Sam Brown style belts with flared breaches, the have a nice telephone figure to.
I did mine in brown.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

This is some of the GB

These are also useful, Brigade Games Mob Wars Police troopers in Smokey Hat(in blue) and City Police (khaki), the city police have been converted into VBCW Scottish National Army officers but both could be converted into National Guard.
