Thanks matey. Is it 2mm MDF?

Actually I think it is 4mm hardboard.

I ask as I'm going to make my own for my Sudan and NWF projects as they should be easy enough to construct.

Darrell.

Hope you'll show us the finished articles.  I might be able to steal borrow a few ideas.  ;)

Next up are the first of my Tuareg camel riders.  The models are from Unfeasibly Miniatures, marketed by Black Hat Miniatures.

Sadly you'll have to wait until BLAM.  But I hope to continue to tease you , I mean whet your appetite over the next few months.

Thanks for the vote.  ;)   I considered entering again but  I'm afraid last year's entries took up so much time (and effort too) that I decided against it.  Post LPL 8 I didn't have the energy/inclination to paint a single figure for over 3 months.

Thanks for the encouragement.  They are great miniatures which makes painting them a joy rather than a chore.  :)

Certainly - in due course.   :`  But I'm off to Greece for a Battlefield tour for the next week  :D :D
So no updates until early May.  I  hope to finish off the rest of the town and then work on some Bedouin tents and a well.

I only just discovered this thread. Awesome stuff! I as a terrain-building fan am especially loving the terrain, but the figures are wonderful as well.

Are you still intending to finish the town and the Bedouin tents?
