Gettysburg Seminary College 28mm Kit
« on: October 21, 2014, 10:52:53 AM »
Just finished this today! My good friend Peter Bradford asked me back in February if I could make a kit for him as their was nothing on the market for the Jesuit Seminary College at Gettysburg in 28mm. Now I know why! I had not even heard of the building at that time, so I said no problem, Sally 4th can make any building. I had no idea of the size, detail, complexity of the cruciform roof or how many windows this might have. Now I know the building intimately.

The model is 340mm x 470mm and 208mm high and features glazed windows and a removable roof.

An impressive looking model.  Useable as all sorts of mid-nineteenth century institutional buildings, too.
Back from the dead, almost.

The kit was designed for a friend, so I do not actually play 28mm ACW, but I have lots of ideas to use it as a museum, asylum, mansion, courtroom etc in our Pulp Alley campaign. I will be seeing Peter at Fiasco on Sunday, I have a feeling the followup request will be the Cemetery Gates from Gettysburg!

I think that if you want one, you should have one, we have plenty available, either follow link and click on 'add to basket' or come and have a word with us at Fiasco on Sunday where we will have a few spare kits tucked away. <g>
