October Revolt Rules - Anyone played them?

Spotted these rules on eBay:
OCTOBER REVOLT - rules for Russian Civil War

The description says they are from 1994. A trawl of the web hasn't turned up much info' other than that they were published by B&B Miniatures. Wondering how they play. Anyone tried these and willing to comment?

Forget it. This was one of those cheap throwaways many manufacturers felt obliged to produce in those days to complement a figure range; forgettable then, scrap paper now. Remember, this was a business that couldn't even get the name of the conflict its figures were designed for right - and obstinately refused to correct the misnomer when it was brought to its attention.
