Once more we, my son and his girl and yours truly, visited the largest and most enjoyable of all continental wargame shows, hosted by the Tin Soldiers of Antwerp: Crisis!

Under a clear blue sky in  most un-November like weather we waited in line until we could plunk down our entry fee in exchange for the traditional goodie bag, the free figure and a day of games and chat (and some minor shopping, of course).

Great report, the Keren game is inspirational. Now to find an Italian opponent with Askari.

It was fantastic to play it as well! And of course Scrivs and James did a fine job managing the game ("we're somewhat organized"  ) . It certainly was one of my highlights of the day.

Oh cr*p! That would be me in the left of the picture (with the blueish shirt). The battle of Keren truly was great fun to play! (And to win! muhahahahaahaaaa   ).
James and Paul, it was a great pleasure to meet you both! James, thanks for helping me with the rules of CoC and for your patience (since I did delay the game somewhat). Oh and James, congratulations on this table. It was, together with the freebooters table, the most original one at Crisis! You did a great job!

And Pijlie, thanks for taking a pictures of my victorious Tommies  . And last but not least. Nice to have met you! Oh and, the misses didn't kick me out after that obscene amount of luck I had against you

Good pics and a great report.  I'm amazed that you European chaps bother to come to the UK at all with this quality of show on your doorstep.  Kane, I'm delighted to hear that your good luck didn't come at a price!
