Dark Future - Infantry Vehicular combat rules?

Hey guys.

I've always been interested in playing Dark Future but find the rules for infantry so simple and bland. Are their any games out there that are post apoc (like mad max) that mixed decent infantry and vehicular combat? Preferably 15mm-20mm (so you can play with more than 3 cars and not feel like you are at the Imax)

I would recommend, if you just want skirmish rules, Across the Dead Earth or Scavenge Skirmish and Survive.
