Mob of mummies
« on: 30 November 2014, 10:29:20 PM »
Queen Nitocris, her priest, minions and a hunting horror. Queen Nitocris was mentioned by Lovecraft in the story he wrote for Harry Houdini, Trapped with the Pharoahs. The queen and her Anuban are repainted Heroscape plastics. The priest is from Ral Partha and the Hunting Horror from RAFM. The rank and file mummies are from Grenadier, Ral Partha, Blue Moon and Citadel.

The mummy queen is a tall fig. Like all the Heroscape line she starts at 32mm but since she's posed on tiptoe so it's closer to 35mm. The mummies represent several decades of collecting. The Citadel mummy was purchased in the late 80s, the Ravenloft mummies in the mid 90s, the Bue Moon and the Mummy Queen were bought in the mid 2000s. I bought a lot of the Ravenloft line and they've been in storage for years. Now that I've got space and time you'll be seeing them on several forums.

This mummy is from RAFM's Call of Cthulhu line. I'm proud of the way the tentacles look slimy.
