Paint Russian Army in the VERY near future

Anyone know of any guides, or have any tips, on how to paint VERY near future Russian Army camo on a 28mm figure?  Like, tomorrow's uniform???  Referred to, I believe, as 'digital flora'.

Stipple US green over reflective green and add a grey black or black stipple in parts to complete the scheme?
