pretty cool...allthough i still dislike the beak
but sculpting wise its outstanding work as usual !  

also i like the Chaos marine witht he old Rogue trader arms

edit: as someone who sculps myself id like to ask you how do you do the suction pads on the tentacles ? i cant seem to create them in a way that looks as good as yours

Can I buy an un-monstered well-head, so I can set up the terrain and then scare the players out of a year's growth by plopping down the inhabited well when they fail their Look/See/RunLikeHell rolls?
