I know a few people have commented they haven't seen too many painted Empress ECW on the web so thought I'd do my little bit to rectify this.

Here are those stalwarts of 1st Newbury, the London Red and Blue Regiments. They've been painted by the talented Toby at Artmaster (though I did the bases so don't blame Toby for those).

I think they look really good, particularly en masse, but see what you think? (I am rather biased!)

Fantastic painting work, really fine and clear. But the figures have something I don´t like...

Excellent work all 'round....personally I like the Empress figures but both the paint work and your excellent terrain bring them up to a whole new level
