Fantastic. Loopy. But fantastic.

The basic idea is great, then you have churned out an army of the little blighters!!

What glue did you use, the plastic looks the kind of shiny sort that is usually really hard to glue.
Just superglue in the end, but did wash everything first. With the amount of scratch building with plastic parts I've been doing recently I'm learning to make sure all the release agent stuff is removed.

These have survived a few Knicks and tumbled to the floor, but mainly because they don't weigh anything. Basing them should add the final but if strength.

Well the plan for this project was always to be able to build at least 100 models, so I had the simple design in mind from the start.
Although saying that I made the mistake of not realising during the design stage that by choosing a component that required two pieces for each leg you end up multiplying the workload.
100 bots with three legs became 600 small pieces to scrape the mould lines off!   ;D

Nearly put me off the whole project  8)

Painting is on schedule  8)

Went for green in the end, number transfers are all on just highlighting and putting on the odd smudge of dirt, damage etc.

I love this idea with these false fingernails ... brilliant!

Read Your other blog entries too. Great stuff, genius ideas.
It shows again that no store, whatever they sell should be save from real tabletoppers.  :-*
