The miniatures look great! I have a question about the clan deal - the Kickstarter says a total of 20 figs are included but the description lists 5 packs of infantry, 1 pack of cavalry plus extra standard bearers and daimyo, which seems to be a few more than 20 (assuming a pack is 4 figs). I am thinking of signing up but wanted to make sure about what's included in a clan. Thank you.

Yes that's my fault, I put a FAQ about but now that pledge is backed I cannot fix the typo.
To answer your question you will receive 28 figures in a clan not 20.

Yes you can change your pledge up until the funding ends. I understand if anyone has apprehension about kickstarters, but i will make sure everyone who backs gets their pledge and a personal service for added requirements like sashimono ect. I also have the advantage of being an established business with lots of customers, so it's not like people are backing a wildcard unheard of business. Also if anyone has further questions I'm happy to help.

Honda Tadakatsu looks awesome, by the way.  I am hoping the 6,000 goal can be met so the mounted Ishida Mistunari is available.  Love to have the mounted and foot versions of him for my Ishida warband.  Yeah, I know they lost but along with the Mori they have always been one of my favorite clans.
