Bigbys Icy Grasp (a small tutorial)
« on: 20 February 2015, 07:48:54 PM »
Pic 1: first start mounding up your hot glue to build up the wrist and arm. Use your breath to get some unique textures.
Pic 2: I had built it up to the palm base and started sizing up how much space was needed for the mini to be held. I also started to mound up the first joints on the fingers.
Pic 3: keep adding to the mounds on the fingers. And done.

VERY IMPRESSIVE! Modeling spell effects is one of those things that never occurred to moi. It really is an interesting area to explore. Thanks for some inspiration.

After the spider lair and this, I won't look at hot glue in the same way. :)

I wondered what Bigby's icy grip was, too, after reading that earlier thread! I wasn't that familiar with D&D.
