I really like this thread, so much love and dedication going into it!  8)

I think the only WEG mini I have (somewhere) is some kind of Rebel Walker I picked up with a bunch of second hand minis many years ago, but I actually have the rules in my possesion (also somewhere).

I am just about to give in to the urge to buy into FFG's SW Legion, so I should find myself painting minis and vehicles, and planning terrain purchases (for which I shall fetch a lot of inspiration from this thread), later this summer.  ;D
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

This is all very inspiring. Glad I found this website.

I am trying to simultaneously recreate the tabletop from the SWMB book background pics, finish my Hoth forces/scenery, and paint up the armies needed for the original 3 SWMB scenarios. Will update you all with progress pics. It sounds like a lot to tackle at once but, the projects are so visually different, they'll provide nice breaks from each other. I posted links to my Hoth stuff in another thread.

Here they are. This is Hoth stuff from a few years back. Jumping into WEG Star Wars again with both feet, getting rid of a lot of non-WEG SW minis so I can focus on good old late 80's to early 90's stuff.

I really can't wait myself, but the mizzus would probably get a bit upset if I receive a large parcel just before the summer vacation...  ::)

You don't need me to return your greeting, as the Force is clearly strong with you  lol

Tauntaun Scout: Nice forces you are gathering!!  ;)
I also prefer the original Star Wars miniatures but...  so little variety, I usually use other brands for my conversions ... right now I'm considering use some 15mm aliens miniatures to be invaded by my imperial forces ..
Argonor: the summer is already here... ;)

Here the rest of my pending vehicles...

Does this guy produce these vehicles commercially or just for you (need jealous emoji ;D). I suspect getting them from Argentina would be far too expensive, but it would be tempting.

Wow!  Amazing shield generator.  I assume those repeating curved units are some sort of packaging material... or pipe caps?  An inspired design for sure.  And I'm gratified you included Gonk, always a cute little guy to have around.
