CP Models new releases
« on: 10 March 2015, 11:38:08 AM »
I have decided to post these in commercial as they are a mix of genres

Sci-fi

Mature Plant thing
Supplied with six separate tentacles to allow a degree of posing
Sculpted by George Fairlamb

Fantasy

Giant with wooden club
Multi-part figure with separate head and club arm
Sculpted by Andrew May

28mm Heads

These will hopefully prove useful for converting figures

Alien Minions II

Fungus faces, infected humans in the process of mutating into plant life

Clown masks

These are available at www.cpmodelsminiatures.co.uk

Ooh, I think I need me some of those fungus heads! Will there be any stockists of cp Models at Salute?

Thanks Phil

The plan is to gradually increase the head sets with more aliens and humans, so if anyone has any ideas for head sets please post here and I will consider making them.

Animal heads! Please! I've been searching for ages for animal heads to swap onto medieval humans for creating some of the hybrids you get in the margins of medieval manuscripts. I'd particularly like hawks, but dogs, boar, badgers, hare and deer would be cool too. Basically, I'd love to be able to easily make figures like this:

Painted/purchased (2024) - 18/28

Dogs & cats are on the list already, although the cats will have a modern feel for sci-fi games but I see no reason not to do some generic heads which could be used for any period.

One of my sculptors suggested rabbits/hares but I wasn't sure about them

I'm currently on the lookout for some slick, Mass effect-esque helmets, and seem to be coming up blank...

I'd be muchos interested in Russian heads for VSF as everything seems to cater just for Brits and Prussians and not much else.  Sailors, soldiers, marines, officer set etc.

Giant...

How tall?

(My suggestion:  Put the height of all the giants/trolls on your website.)   ;)

Any joy on finding someone to carry stock at Salute? Or, if you're going, fancy taking a handful of fungus face sprues?

No Joy on a show stockist yet :(

Although on a brighter note Annie the dice bag lady will hopefully have some of my fantasy ladies as part of her female miniatures line up :)

Sorry I wont be going to Salute this year
