For chipped paint on this amount of models, I'd say what zizi666 said: use blisterfoam to quickly apply rust. Works very well and fast. Combine this with some streaking from an airbrush and you can get a good weathered result in notime.
For red colors, I'd use an airbrush:
1. Prime white
2. Airbrush with red
3. Airbrush a quick shade with dark brown + blue
4. Airbrush the highlight with white
5. Airbrush yellow, orange or light red over the white. These colors cover poorly over red, but if you first apply a white layer it will go fast.
I think you can do 100 models in this way rather fast.
