This banner Wielkopolska contingent - they wore German uniforms. These banners will not work.
Soldiers who have such banners can be obtained is replaced by the figures of German soldiers head - on other heads with rogatywka:

I have a set of the flags you did at home.
I was trying to work out the correct figure head for one of them or all of them since I have three flag men

1st Suvalsky Rifle Regiment has some features in uniform. Here we have photo reenactors in uniform of the regiment (note the absence of buttonholes on the collar):
