Nice concept and good paint job, but a shame you couldn't get the two "live" figs off their integral bases.  Really wrecks the otherwise-excellent tile floor effect for me.

Yes that is the one thing that I think let's it down.  It's something I have tried to do in the past and like head swaps it always goes wrong.  I have tried various methods and still end up with a disaster
