Thanks for the comments. They are quite old pics and not very good in hindsight! I think the camera was newish at the time(honest!), and I wasn't in complete control. It does look like they were taken at night. I think the lighting was quite low. ;)

The armoured cars are the Matchbox Models of Yesteryear. I got them for quite a good price before the prices started to creep up on e-bay. They still come up now and then but aren't cheap. :(
