Hallo all...

It being a rather fine day here, I decided to take some pix of a little bit of progress I've managed so far on my Sengoku project... 

I was hoping to get the wall sections for the castle completed by now, but I got a tad distracted and ended up making some bits for the castle town/village and trying to clear my backlog of unpainted figures... still a long way to go!!

Thank you Pijlie, I've had some of these figures hanging around for years and have had a few false starts on getting them painted, but I seem to be in the grove with them at last!!

I was reading the intro and had half the first pic in view, and absently thought this was a photo from some historic site in Japan!

Thank you Vanvlak :-) My cat wanted to help out, so she decided to do a passable impression of a hill!  Glad you like the pics, the standard is made from wire rod with bent paper clips and beads for the lanterns, wonderfully OTT!
