Just came across this on evilbay. Might be of interest to someone planning an Arctic conflict.  I'm almost tempted myself.

This is a real terrain vehicle. Used in Space Rescue Service - to search for cosmonauts which landed in hardly accessible areas, where can not go tracked vehicles.

In the video - a prototype.
