6mm WW1 Planes - painting service?

Hi

Is anyone here able to recommend a service that will take H&R WW1 biplane models, build them, paint them, magnetof them  them, supply flight bases and return then for a reasonable fee?

Asking on behalf of a friend with 18 of them in bags...
