The manufacture for the 40mm Gladiator men - Battle Honors.  I went through - http://www.warweb.com

The animals manufacture and the women gladiators are through Old Glory.  It is actually under 28mm gladiators of http://www.warweb.com
With the stands or using the stands it helps make it 40mm.

The Emperor is not included.  I had to buy that on Ebay which was bought from some place in Europe.
