I decided early on to get a few for a SoBH warband but you are slowly forcing me to make a whole new army project out of it (and as wargamers, we all know where that leads to :-[)
Cheers

Sorry buddy.  :)

Only some Character miniatures left to do...
And some head and weapon changes to provide more variety with the rankers.
And posssibly a group of mercenaries with a bit of punch.
And I really want a proper Treeman
And a set of Halfmen for that WInter game that I like so much.

Sigh.

westfaliaminiatures.com - proper stuff in 28mm

I really hope there is a pledge option for one of each mini! I'm sure I'm not the only one who will be using them for FrostGrave.
Those peasants will make for great Thugs, although some more rabble with hand weapons wouldn't go astray. And maybe even a battle corgi ;)

I guess I'll make a special pack with wintergarb for games in winter settings later. (I already have an ogre and some other specials)

We will have a 'one of each miniature' level. the average price per Halfling is £1.60 in that level. It won't include stretch goals tho.

Corgis huh? Maybe later, for the Arabia Halflings.  ;D

I wanted some assassin types anyway, but I am afraid they have to go into the stretch goals. :--)

Mission creep is already setting in! Battle corgis, and winterizing halfmen? Now you need some nomads on beagles or barbarians on warpugs. lol
But yeah I wouldn't mind seeing a assassin, will he be based on anyone? Maybe a few warrior half women too.
And end the line with regular civilians halfings...their kids would be pretty small figures.
Could go completely nuts later with half men though history, pike and shot. 18th century with bi-corn hats, napoleon would really have a napoleon complex as a halfing.
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

God yeah - I think it got out of control when I decided to have 8 different unit types with each 6 models along with multiple hero/champion and character models... I guess there's a total of almost 70 Halfling models that will be ready when the KS starts.

I'll see how the KS goes, but I guess there's a good chance to see villagers, goat carts and middle eastern halflings, but that's about it really. Later on I might look at middle eastern Fantasy as this is something that I'd like to do. Possibly a new range of orcs... And there's the Paul Hicks Gobbos and and and...

Sigh.

Things really got out of hand.

NOT FAIR!!!
That was my idea ;)

Bloody hell! I didn't realise you had so much lined up for this KS; I'd assumed this would be another 18 - 20 sculpts top project.
Not sure I need 67 Halflings for a Frostgrave warband :P But I'll get as much as I can, redundancy is always worthwhile :)

Glad we may have civilians to look forward to.
I wondered if there was any chance of some figures throwing stones/using wee catapults at all?

Yeah I guess so, would give a skirmisher/civilian/peasant vibe, would be happy with a stone throwing figure though.

So something that we mostly see with brawling civilians and not on a battlefield?

I mean - I was planning a range of town guards and blokes armed with clubs and such. I might well add some Halflings to that bunch, but that's for later really.
