It's what Americans call the bit of the Seven Years War that happened to them.

For the rest of us, "Seven Years War" is a perfectly good name, but it's not good enough for some people...  :)

It's "French and Indian War" to be precise. "French Indian War" makes it sound like it was fought between the French and the Indians :)
