Greetings from France
« on: April 23, 2015, 04:43:44 PM »
Though i've been told to come here more than once by many excellent members, I've always failed to cross the line until now.

Some people may already know me from the Oldhammer forum.

Anyway for those who don't, I'm a 33 yo manchild who has never quite overcome his passion for little toy men started at 9 yo.

I like both fantasy and Sci-fi settings and more specifically those of Warhammer and 40000 though I do not strictly adhere to any form of "cannon" when it comes to models selection, colour scheme or other concepts.
I do have a bias towards models of the 80's and early 90's, most probably because those were the models tha tgot me into this all but also because I do enjoy them  a lot on a painting level, but I'll paint newer models whenever I fancy one.

For those who haven't seen it yet, I suppose my blog "LEADPLAGUE" will probbaly say a lot more than these words (a picture is worth 10000 words they say...)

Thanks for having me here !

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons,
for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

Welcome to LAF Asslessman.

May you have a long and merry stay with us.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

Bonjour and welcome!
We should figure out where all us French gamers are located. I'm near Châteauroux (36), roughly between Tours and Limoges, and would love hooking up with gamers interested in viking, saxon or fantasy battles.

Cheers,    --- PhilB
