Salute Free Figure swop?
« on: April 26, 2015, 12:34:59 PM »
Anyone like this year's Agincourt figure in exchange for last year's freebie? To clarify, I've got this year's and I'd like last year's.

First time I've got anything (how did you get mugs, for heaven's sake?) and I've been doing Salute all this century and more. I got a goody-bag because we walked in the first entrance we saw, said to each person in a day-glo jacket "Traders" and got waved through. A goody-bag was thrust into my hand en route.

Paul - as always, you are a star, sir - although I dread to think what you want with an Agincourt archer  :D. I'm sure you've got my address somewhere - ditto me and yours. I'll pm you if I can't find it.

Thanks, chum.

BTW, the one I'm thinking of is the chap with a dog - are we talking about the same thing (better check first)?

I've got mugs going back about six years now. I don't usually say anything when going in and out, I might haeto next year (or get my wife to do it).

cheers

There were Agincourt mugs this year, I saw a couple arrive on the Freebooter stand, but then they disappeared into a box I think.  I didn't get one this year, unlike last year...... can't imagine why the Germans weren't interested in a D-Day mug  :o
