Thanks for the link! yeah a cold war gone hot 80s or 2020 is more what I am looking for. Near Future or the armies from my youth. Counter insurgency does interest me. Just not Iraq or Afghanistan. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt.

Any release date for FS ?

I do have some vague intentions to look at both 1990s Chechnya and Somalia at some point and most likely the Soviet-Afghan War- FS will be a good springboard but even these will still require significant development to ensure the elusive "period feel".

This ^ has definately got my interest.
