They can indeed.  Up to 3D6.  If the ,ove fast they are easier to identify, so they normally move with 2D6 and are harder to spot.  They are a fun support option as whilst they are not PID's they can cause collateral damage which caused big political problems for the Coalition forces.

Presuming, of course, that the British in Dastarkhan would be part of a coalition...

Who knows in this "imaginations" world...

Rich, did you see mention of the projected War Correspondents figures in this thread http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=81476.0 ?
Cheers,

Two very interesting AARs.
I have a ton of figures for this period.
Even lots painted. ;)
Really have not found a set of rules to cover civilians.
Look forward to seeing more.
Thanks for posting.

You know you draw excessive attention to something just by going overboard on stating it's not something don't you?  ::)
Better to act nonchalant (which is actually the actual squaddie response to anything you do which is likely to get you put on a charge if you get caught).
;)

You're on safe ground and provided nobody posts genuine photos, or starts discussing a real conflict or real ops, there's no problem. Carry on that man!

Really looking forward to this being released! It's actually got me painting again after months where I've done nothing at all. Any updates yet?

I hope he won't mind me saying, but real life has intruded and delayed the release. Keep painting and the wait will be worth it I'm sure.  :)

Fortunately I have a LOT of painting to do. Hopefully it's nothing too serious though.

Thanks Arlequin

Any word on when this might see the light of day?

It was "close" before, so thoughts?

I even sent Lardy Rich a pm ... nothing.

Maybe the rules are just a dead project. Seems a shame.

I was kinda gung-ho about CoC: FS game, but sadly I think it is dead project.
About 2 years ago TFL put some explanation that project is delayed due to personal issues of one of the designers.  Now we have year 2017 and I think that TFL do not make this official but they ceased any further involvement and simply don't put any effort to finish and publish that project. So from our (as players) point of view it is dead.

I even sent Lardy Rich a pm ... nothing.

This is from a post on the TFL Forum - "it looks to me like it has stalled. He said the game rules were working very well indeed, but that he was having problems putting together a campaign system that worked the way he wanted. And he doesn't want to release the rules without a good campaign system."

I don't think it is a dead project, just stalled with SP2 having taken priority. Others are still working on modern CoC with a CoC DMZ (Vietnam) having been recently shown on the CoC FB page (a 41 page pdf). I believe there is a CoC Indochine being worked on as well.

Here's hoping for a revival of what seemed to be a promising game.

I received no response to my PM, he is still "around" - on the Sharpe Practice threads he often responds, so maybe we can encourage him to get back at it.

I don't need a campaign system, just the rules would work for me. He could do the campaign as a separate book.

I noticed he was active at 6 something this morning, but again, still no response, so the elusive and hard to pin down Lardy Rich is at least logging in.

Sent another message hoping for some kind of response.

Even an acknowledgement that "it's dead" would be better than nothing.

Seems to have been very successful with both Chain of Command and the new version of Sharpe Practice, so at least he's selling stuff and the company's active.

Come on Lardy Rich, chime in! lol
