If you game 28mm I think you could use 1806 Prussian fusiliers and rifles from Elite as poles.

The second picture above (Kossak: Cherkess in the Krakow suburb) is not relevant to your topic. It refers to the January Uprising in 1863.
In addition, Christianity banner horsemen - can not belong to Muslims from the Caucasus ... So we can say that depicted or Caucasian Cossacks, or Caucasians Christians - Ossetians, Armenians or Georgians.
