Leven Miniatures have a nice range.
Battleground miniatures also have a range, they are stocked by Magister Militum in the UK.
TimeCast also have some North African/Middle Eastern stuff.
GHQ also make a few houses.

For all of the above you will probably need to make your own compound walls for a proper 'stan look!

Cheers

Try http://6mm.wargaming.info/page9.shtml packed full of links to goodies although Kieran, like me, is currently bashing Hot Wheels cars into Mad Max vehicles.

My personal faves are:
http://www.levenminiatures.co.uk/middle_east.htm
http://www.timecastmodels.co.uk/range_17/range_17.html

Not tried them, but some stunning offerings at: http://gcmini.mybigcommerce.com/6mm-middle-eastern/

The Timecast buildings are lovely. I've also got a load of Hovels 6mm Middle East  buildings which do the job.

Cheers
