Statuesque Asylum figures painted (lots of pics)
« on: 23 June 2015, 02:45:25 PM »
Hi guys,

I thought you'd like to see the new store photos for the Statuesque Asylum figures Dr Strukov, Sister Anaesthesia and Lillie Poots. I decided now is the time to get more of the Statuesque range painted as it's currently rather monochrome.

These figures were painted by Charlie Kirkpatrick. I don't think he posts here but he goes by Countersunk81 on various forums. Needless to say I'm really pleased with the results. :)

Excellent work on blacks and whites.   :-*
Most difficult colors to paint in my opinion

True, but slightly ironic given Andrew's objective!

Back from the dead, almost.

Beautiful! I keep debating on getting some of these for a little asylum project. Anyone know how they compare size-wise to say, Artizan?
I am looking for the following Deadlands minis:  Shotgun Thug, Lost Soul, Cleaners, Railroad Workers & Feral Dead. If you have any of these minis, or if you are one, please send me a PM.

I'm afraid I don't have any Artizan to compare them to, but I made some comparison photos of other figures in the Pulp range that you can find HERE (6th and 7th pictures down). The Statuesque Asylum figures use the same proportions as the Pulp Alley miniatures range, which we decided would follow Copplestone.

I hope that helps! :)
