Or at least extrapolating it. While it never came to blows, for a brief while it looked like the combined armed might of the Enryaku-ji, Onodera and Kofuku-ji (powerful, militant monasteries) were squaring off for a fight with the Ashikaga Bakufu. As a big fan of the sohei it might make for some truly candy-colored tabletop butchery.
