They might be the Redoubt ones.

edit: They look familiar but it looks like Redoubt don't do their ironclads any more. Let's hope they're from some one else.

I thought Redoubt, but I seem to recall that all their resin (including the VSF tanks) went over to someone else a couple of years ago.

Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

Since they are resin, my other thoughts were Grand Manner (they have ACW and they have some ancient boats, but couldn't see these), Ainsty (they have river stuff, pirate ships, but no ACW), Caliver (they took over a few resin ranges including Mainly Military & PMC, and currently list an ACW monitor, but not these), Magister Militum (they have an assorted mix of stuff but I couldn't see these).

Scheltrum have VSF but again not these.

I even looked at Hovels, but no success.

Hi,

I remember that they were sold by Redoubt but made by Village Green.

Then Stronghold Miniatures took over the resin ironclads from Village Green and large resin ACW emplacement guns as well but sadly then Stronghold seem to have disappeared as the owner wasn't well.

Have a look on TMP e.g.

Stronghold also made a really nice Foreign Legion fort which I want but c'est la vie!

Cheers,

Paul

Hi All,

I have the large rear paddle wheel one of these I bought completely assembled with guns and crew (25mm scale) from my local hobby shop a few years ago, they didn't know who made it (they picked it up from an estate) so I'm interested in the maker (just for the salke of it).

The hobby shop had the mortar barge and two or three other different ones as well but my budget was stretched!

I can measure up the dimensions and post them up if anyone is interested.

Cheers!

Hi All,

Size for the larger 'two funnel' ship is:

490mm long plus a small bit of 'water'
180mm wide plus a small bit of 'water'
65mm high on a 15mm base

As above I bought mine completed, one day I must straighten the funnels by drilling holes in the top deck for them to sit squarely in and build extensions for them into the cabin, also I must add a steering platform...

Cheers!
