Problem with Pulp 28s site.
« on: July 23, 2015, 11:58:15 PM »
So, while surfing and trying to check out more miniatures I attempted to go to the Pulp 28s site, only to be greeted by this:

Clicking 'proceed' will simply result in connection timing out every single time.
I restarted both my browser and my computer a few times but the issue persists.
I've got absolutely no idea why the site would be blocked or why visiting it would be a 'violation of my internet usage policy'.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I really have no idea what I'm doing.

Yeah, happened to me last weekend - I only just discovered Pulp 28's through the Pulp Alley site.  Haven't tried again since.

At least the issue doesn't seem to be on my end then, for once.

Indeed, I did briefly wonder what manner of settings I could have that would cause this, and how I might change them to avert it.  However, never having seen this sort of thing, well, ever, I figured it wasn't something I could do anything about.

Sadly, I can offer no insight as to potential causes.

Figured it out!

Apparently at some point they were bought out by Knights of Dice (where you can buy the old Pulp 28's packs). I suspect the old website is now held by a sketchy domain squatter, hence the warning.

I joined my gun with pirate swords, and sailed the seas of cyberspace.
