Romark, gustav and IronDuke596 thanks for the encouraging comments. IronDuke596, War of 1812 is something I was only "vaguely" aware of until recently, may have to look into further in the future.

Well if you decide to get more involved and wish some advice on getting started I would be happy to help.
It is a great period to research, collect, paint and war-game....and such a variety of uniforms. Most of the battles are divisional size and below and will therefore fit most tabletops.
Cheers,
Rod

Thought it was about time for an update.

2/24th Warwickshire

16th Queen's Own and 14th Duchess of York's Own Light Dragoons
Small units for Black Powder, one more stand for each regiment to come.

Some more Royal Artillery / King's German Artillery
Looking at using two bases per battery to get more realistic frontage.

1st and 2nd Battalions 1st Lippe Regiment
Finally some portuguese.

That's very impressive. Looks fantastic, great work.
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

Lovely work Tony. Those trumpeters looks as though they would have been tricky to do.
