i'm Happy, we will have some european NCO's with the senegaleses ... ;)
ordered 2 combat groups ... waiting for command and support  ;D

next steps , a 37mm M1916 gun with senegalese crew; a french head pack ( with a mix of kepi, adrian, motorized, sidecap colonial ) ?
and a Free French High command , with a medic, a radio etc ...

as Michael said this range will have more references than customers  lol

Dans les situations critiques, quand on parle avec un calibre bien en pogne, personne ne conteste plus. Y'a des statistiques là-dessus.

My happiness besides the French is the German para nco wearing a side cap. Oh, and the IF8 trailer.
Best wishes,
Helen

More fantastic looking sculpts!

Now I don't want to be an arse about this, let me first make clear that I personally consider the Perry brothers output to some of the most realistic (the ww2 figs are posed like they are fighting a war rather than standing around at full height waiting to be shot) and nicest looking stuff available.

BUT as others have similarly commented, maybe their WW2 output could benefit from slowing down a little as some of the latests casts are a bit rough and ready, its not flash, it is lack of finishing I feel, rough areas of greenstuff have not been smoothed, which is okay on clothing, but on faces, for example, not so great to fix... In all honesty, i'd rather they paid more attention to this, slowed down a bit, and maybe charged a little more for their products.

also, why aren't some of the Fallshirmjager wearing tropical trousers and shirts?

The only thing I'm unclear on is whether the Tirailleurs Senegalaise went into action wearing the M1926 Adrian helmet rather than the chechia.... frankly, these are looking downright brilliant, and the inclusion of the VB rifle grenade, the Hotchkiss M1914, the FM24./27 with the loader being armed only with a lousy little pistol, AND an 81mm mortier have made my whole day! :D

If only they'd release a set of Senegalese heads wearing the Adrian M1926 helmet for those of us who want to convert our 1940 poilus to Tirailleurs fighting during the May-June campaign.... 8)

BlackWidowPilot :
the adrian helmet was not used by the senegalese tirailleurs in africa .
the chechia was worn as campaign dress , but a light khaki one , not the red one .
And the colonial uniform was not issued to the senegaleses regiments in France ...
