Interesting new SF game in development
« on: November 04, 2008, 10:28:25 AM »
Hi all,

Came across Ground-Pounder on my web travels and thought it looked interesting:

www.ground-pounder.com

Small unit skirmish with a grungy, anything-goes feel (Infinity meets Rogue Trader?) and I like the look they are going for - check out the gallery. Also, look at the concept art in the forums (I think you have to join to do so…) - the Free Striker mercenary artwork looks great!  :D

Hope we start seeing some more SF minis soon!

I'm very excited by the concept art of this one!  Right up my alley.

Some interesting concept art, but with so many similar SF skirmish games available it will be tough to get a supporting community going. But - I wish them all luck and success!

Hmm. Sounds startlingly similar to my skirmish game.  It will be interesting to see what their mechanics look like.

Where can I find out more about your game?

Supervike - I'm in the middle of a final draft re-write.  It's a man-to-man historical skirmish game for all periods from 3000 BC to present day.  I'm planning on publishing it before my next birthday in April.  I'll keep you all posted here.
