They look superb and make me rethink my opinion of the miniatures.

I agree w/ Svennn.

Those are a very nice compliment to Redoubt. Well Done on the wonderful paint!!!

I like the fluff too  ;)

I actually rather like the Redoubt miniatures.

For 1 pound each they are probably the best bang for the buck one can find.

The pity is that a majority of Redoubt's miniatures do not have pictures on their web site... and thus, prohibits me from buying them.

Hey Gluteus Max, who are the guys in the pic?
Piero
I think they are a UK re-enactment group called 'The Die Hards'. They mainly do 1880's Middlesex Regiment, but also venture into Zulu War as the photo shown on this thresd) and Boer War. Their clothing and equipment is about as accurate as it comes. Have a look at their website, if only to get the correct colour tomes for their uniforms (their redcoats are VERY red and trousers are much darker than most people paint):

thanks, I though they were the Die Hards. completely agree with you about colors of uniform.
some years ago I bought a reproduction red jacket used in the last version of The 4 Feathers movie , it was a wrong color as well.
