« on: 10 November 2008, 05:33:13 PM »
Hi every one,
I´m planing a post nuclear future setting and therefore i need some modern zombies and a bunch of different mutants (humans and animals like dogs etc).

Anyone know where i can buy such things?

Regular troopers are going to be old grenadier minis sculpted by mark copplestone ;)

You should take a look at Ramshackle.

For realistic mutants, try the old GW metal Ungor beastmen, -Ghouls and the GorkaMorka muties. The latter two were sculpted by Paul Muller who did the ghouls and zombies for Heresy.

Mutie dogs, I'd use Dire Wolfs and hellhounds of various make. Reaper might have something useful.

Zombies:

Hasslefree, Copplestone, Crocodile Games, Griffin, Cold Wars, Zombiesmith, Westwind, Eureka, Golgo, Heresy, Black Orc, Musket, Alpha Forge....

Probably missed a few, but these should get you started!

plus of course converting civvie figures with zombie heads (Westwind weird world war do separate heads), or converting WWW2 zombies to make look a bit more modern.

You do mutant plants. Who's to say they didn't start off as humans and were injected with plant DNA? ;)
