My Frostgrave Treasure Markers
« on: September 24, 2015, 05:05:06 PM »
I finally got around to painting up my Frostgrave Treasure Markers in preparation for our first game this weekend.

Not bad for a ham-fisted beginner with sausage fingers like me...at least, I'm pretty happy with how they turned out.

Very nice.

Try a pure white highlight on your potion bottle.  Just a thin line here and there .... makes it look like glass.

Nicely painted tokens. Thanks for sharing. That tip with the bottle has worked well I'll be using that when I get around to painting mine. Thanks

Oh wow!
Glad that worked ... it just lifts it a bit ... stops it looking 'flat'.
I'm quite chuffed you gave that a go on my suggestion. :D

I use a white acrylic gel pen to put my thin white lines on bottles, windows etc. (also useful for graffiti & tank slogans) If it goes wrong just remove it with a water soaked brush, dry it off & try again. When you are happy with it let it dry (an hour is plenty long enough) then varnish over to protect it.

Cool. Will give that a go, too! Cheers.
